We are having our Open Studio Show for all the Master’s Program students at the Kyoto University of Art and Design. Please come and see my animation, “Sparks”, in room F202. The show goes from October 15th(Thru) to October 19th(Mon), from 11:00am to 7:00pm.

Osaka Aquarium Sketches
Ayumi and I had a great day at the Osaka Aquarium. From there we checked out the Ghibli layout exhibit at the Suntory Museum across the street. After seeing so many fish and so many great drawings, I couldn’t help being inspired.

Here in Kyoto, Japan we had about a 90% eclipse of the sun. Although the weather wasn’t ideal, I could see enough of the sun to burn it into my retina.
