The cherry blossoms won’t last long but I wanted to get out and shoot some of them. I think they are the most interesting at night, there is so much depth and color, light and shadow. The lamps in the park gave off a great pink lens flare that worked really well with the cherry blossoms. I was shooting with a 20mm 1.7 on my GH1. The other 2 daylight shots are from a recent trip to Uji not too far from Kyoto.
